IS THE GREED WHAT RUNS THIS WORLD?

Some actions from my boss today got me very concerned about my future but one thing made me peaceful and that's the fact that my learning about making money online is almost complete and soon I will be able to rely on it to make some money,maybe enough to make it my new full time job.
Anyway today we got told about our new working time and now it's from 07 to 17 and with that came a next sentence:I'm not sure that the overtime hours are going to be payed.
I believe that there are many bosses like my own out there and most of them are just making sure that their cut of the cake stays the same or even get bigger during this economic recession.
they are using the fear of their employees of loosing their jobs that they are pushing them so far,practically to the breaking point.most of us are in some kind of financial trouble and loosing job is not something that wouldn't have great impact on our lives and by forcing us to work overtime they are showing that they are aware of our situation and using it to the limits and beyond.For some of us there are possibilities to find another job but for older workers that mission is mission impossible.
For past several years I was trying to learn more about online business and thing that come along with it:building web sites, using advertising tools,SEO and other valuable things.
I'm not quite god when it comes to HTML coding but that's why I'm thankful for Yola and their simplest site builder I have ever seen and for many other good tips that I found on other blogs that were writing about making money online so it was much easier to write my own blog.
I know that blogging money doesn't come easy but I intend to put a lot of effort in it.
Internet is for a long time now a huge shopping mall and a lot of people want their cut of the cake,some just want to make a living a some want to be the next internet millionaire.
I would say that I belong to the 1st group but maybe my desire evolves and putts me in the second group but I know that there is a long way for me go to learn enough to be able to accomplish that.
Maybe it will be enough to make me a house like that one on the top.
